order policy
- The estimated arrival date of all pre-ordered products is for reference only, and the final arrival date may be delayed. Our store has the right not to accept changes or cancellations of orders due to related reasons. Please note.
- Before placing an order, please check the information in the order, including the phone number and delivery address, otherwise the store may not be able to follow up the order with incomplete information.
- Due to the system processing time, all paid and confirmed orders (except pre-orders) will be shipped within three to five days from the order date.
- All disputes about the order, our store has the final decision.
Order Change Policy
- Refund policy If the goods are ordered online, the quantity will depend on the actual inventory; if the goods are finally out of stock, the customer deposit money will be refunded.
- Refund arrangement: Except for the above circumstances, that is, Paciers failed to complete the order, otherwise due to other circumstances or personal reasons*, our store will not refund, and can only arrange replacements under the above circumstances.
- Exchange arrangement: If the customer has confirmed the order and completed the payment, if the customer wants to change the order, it can only be done after Paciers agrees and pays the HKD100 handling fee.
- All return/exchange requests must be made immediately when picking up the goods at the store, and the goods will not be accepted when they leave the store.If the customer chooses SF Express to deliver the goods, the application must be made within 24 hours after the goods show that they have been picked up and delivered, and the application will not be accepted after that.
*General product defects, including quality control problems, stains such as dust protection of the model cover, etc., are all considered as personal reasons and return/replacement requirements.
Shipping Policy
- Paciers mainly use SF Express for delivery (freight collect)
SF Express will be used, and the freight will be paid when the goods are received. All information is subject to SF Express.For details, please refer to http://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/
**If you need special packaging, please submit separately, otherwise it will be subject to the arrangement of SF Express** -
Uncontrollable factors such as weather, holidays, courier delivery and other issues may affect the delivery time. Orders will not be canceled or refunded due to uncontrollable factors.It takes about 1-3 working days to arrive in the store (subject to SF Express)
